I’m Liz, and my approach to women’s health sits at the intersection of medical science, clinical experience, and a genuine interest in understanding people.
For over 11 years, I worked on the frontline with the London Ambulance Service, where I saw first-hand how health is shaped by much more than individual symptoms. I saw the impact that lifestyle, stress, environment, and access to clear information can have on people’s health, and how difficult it can be to know what advice to trust or where to start.
I also experienced my own challenges with health and lifestyle changes, which deepened my understanding that knowing what is “good for you” and being able to put it into practice are two very different things.
My passion has always been understanding health and sharing knowledge. I believe people make better decisions when they understand what is happening in their own bodies, rather than simply being given another list of things they “should” do.
My scientific background shapes the way I work. I have a BSc in Physics and an MSc in Medical Physics, which developed my analytical approach, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex information. I have always been drawn to understanding how things work, but what has interested me most is applying that knowledge to people and their lives.
Alongside my clinical experience, I have trained in women’s hormone health, nutrition and health coaching, including a Diploma in Holistic Life & Nutrition Coaching, Women’s Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner Certification, and Motivational Interviewing training with the Association for Psychological Therapies. I have also worked as a Health Coach with a leading UK Occupational Health company.
My role is not to provide quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers. It is to help you understand the science behind your symptoms, make sense of the information available, and identify practical steps that are right for you.
I feel privileged to be able to combine my scientific background, healthcare experience, and love of working with people to support others in making informed decisions about their health.
