Hormonal symptoms can be complex, and understanding them often involves looking beyond hormones alone.

You may recognise some of the following:

  • Irregular, painful, or heavy periods

  • Mood changes, anxiety, or cyclical low mood

  • Life-disrupting perimenopausal symptoms

  • Weight gain or difficulty losing weight

  • Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)–related symptoms

  • Cyclical breast tenderness or pain

  • Ongoing symptoms despite being told investigations are “normal”

I work with women from age 18 through to menopause, supporting hormonal health through personalised, lifestyle-based approaches. My focus is on understanding the whole picture—your symptoms, your history, and your day-to-day life—rather than treating hormones in isolation.

The human hormonal system is highly sophisticated, and research continues to show how profoundly lifestyle factors—such as nutrition, stress, sleep, and movement—can influence hormonal balance. I’m passionate about helping women better understand their bodies, feel supported in making sustainable changes, and improve their long-term health while regaining confidence in how they feel.

My aim is to work alongside you, offering guidance that feels both evidence-based and genuinely supportive.

My Approach

I work with a five-pillar approach, with the first and most important being commitment. Commitment to a healthy lifestyle, to yourself and to make positive changes, this includes the commitment on my side too.

The next pillar is education. I believe that understanding how your body works, understanding the signs and symptoms it is giving you, and having the knowledge of how to potentially resolve these, will not only benefit you for the short term, but will have lifelong benefits.

The next 3 pillars are gut health and nutrition, movement, and stress management. Managing these is key for hormonal health, and to bring your brilliance into balance.

About me

Hi, I'm Liz, I’m a Women’s Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner and a full-time Health Coach. My background has been working frontline for the Ambulance Service for 7 years, where I saw first-hand how lifestyle is impacting on people's health, and how difficult it is to get clear information and guidance on how to make positive lifestyle changes. I also saw the impact of my own lifestyle on my health over these years. I have always had a passion for health and wellbeing and knew that it was the right decision to move into this field. I have a Diploma in Holistic Life & Nutrition Coaching Advanced Certification, a Women’s Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner Certification, Motivational Interviewing Training with the Association for Psychological Therapies, experience in London

as a Health Coach for a leading UK Occupational Health company, and I am a registered member of the Complementary Medical Association. I also bring a wealth of experience and clinical knowledge from my time with the Ambulance Service. My previous academic background is a BSc in Physics and a MSc in Medical Physics, which has given me excellent problem-solving skills, has taught me to be meticulous to detail, and means that I always work with a strong scientific approach. I could have pursued a career in Physics, but I am really interested in people, what motivates them and who they are. I love to share knowledge; I feel privileged that I am in a position that enables me to do this while improving people’s lives and health.

Exploring Nature

I now have a better understanding of my cycle and the hormonal changes I am experiencing. I was delighted to find out about ways I can support these changes through lifestyle choices and diet. The ultimate message Liz left me with was positive and hopeful which has made this next chapter in my life feel positive and less daunting.
