About Me
Hi, I'm Liz - a certified Health Coach, ex-frontline ambulance crew, and someone who's genuinely passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and lives.
For seven years, I worked frontline with the Ambulance Service, where I saw up close how much lifestyle can affect our health, and how overwhelming it can be to know where to start when things begin to shift. Whether it was high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, weight gain, or just feeling out of sync, I saw the same pattern again and again: people struggling, with not much real support or guidance around them. This was behind my move to work as a Health Coach in Occupational Health, helping clients one-to-one with lifestyle changes that actually last.

That experience, along with my own health journey, is what led me here. I wanted to be on the side of prevention, not just crisis care. To help people get ahead of things, understand their bodies better, and make changes that actually stick - not through guilt or restriction, but through knowledge, compassion, and support.

I blend science with real-life coaching. My background is a mix of clinical work, nutrition and lifestyle training, and a MSc and BSc in Medical Physics and Physics (problem-solving is in my DNA). But more than anything, I’m a people person. I care about what makes you tick, where you're stuck, and how we can shift that - gently but powerfully.
